摘要
目的 :研制伊维菌素聚乳酸微球。方法 :初步实验考察不同分子量聚乳酸、乳化剂和油相介质对微球成球性的影响 ,比较溶剂挥发法与溶剂萃取挥发法以及温度对微球性质的影响 ,以微球粒径为考察指标采用四因素三水平正交设计筛选处方 ,SAS统计分析得出最优化处方工艺。结果 :制备得的微球外观光滑圆整 ,体积平均粒径为 7 96 2± 0 18μm ,载药量 16 8%± 0 5 % ,包封率 (82 4± 1 7) %。 结论 :本实验研制得的伊维菌素聚乳酸微球成球性佳 ,粒径均匀 。
AIM:To screen out the optimum formulation of poly(D,L-lactide acid)(PLA) microspheres loading Ivermectin.METHOD:The effect of molecular weight of PLA,types of emulsifier and oil phase on the preparation of microspheres was studied.Solvent evaporation technique and solvent extraction-evaporation technique were compared,and the factor of temperature on the latter method was studied.The size of microspheres was taken as an experiment index.L 9 (3 4 ) orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the composition and technique of microspheres.RESULT:The volume average size of microspheres is 7.962±0.18μm,drug loading is 16.8%±0.5% and the encapsulation efficiency is (82.4±1.7)%.CONCLUSION:The formulation screened out is reproducible.
