摘要
对山药多糖的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,利用响应面法(RSM),根据Box-Benhnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以山药多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出山药多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件:料水比1∶17.5(W∶V),浸提温度83℃,浸提时间3h。在最佳工艺条件下,山药多糖的实际1次提取率可达2.56%。
The optimum conditions for the extraction of diosccorea polysaceharide were studied. On the basis of single factor experi rnents,the optimum conditions for the extraction of Diosecorea poly saccharide were obtained through Box-benhnken center uniled exper iment design and Response Surface Methodology. the optimum conditions of Dioseeorea polysaccharides exlraetion were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent of 1 : 17.5(W : V). extraction tempera ture of 83 ℃ and extraction time of 3 h. Under those optimum condi tions, the extraction rate could he up to 2.56% at once extraction.
