摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化热水浸提平枝栒子多糖的工艺条件,应用Box-behnken中心组合试验方法进行三因素三水平的试验设计,以多糖得率为响应值进行响应面分析(RSA).通过分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出平枝栒子多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:温度94℃、浸提时间2.3 h、料水比1∶21,平枝栒子一次的多糖提取率可达到0.865%.
Based on single factor tests,the analysis extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Cotoneaster horizontalis Decne were obtained through Box-benhnken central com,bination design and RSM with three factors and three levels for each factor.In the analysis of each factor′s significant and interaction,the results showed that the analysis extraction conditions of polysaccharidesare are as follows：extraction temperature 94℃,ratio of material solvent 1 ∶ 21,extraction time 2.3h.Under such conditions,the one-time extraction rate is up to 0.865%.
