响应面法优化沙棘果油水酶复合提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Enzymatic Hydrolysis Followed by Aqueous Extraction Process of Oil from Sea Buckthorn Fruit by Response Surface Analysis Methodology

摘要 以沙棘为原料,为优化沙棘果油水酶复合法提取工艺,选择提取温度,料浆pH,料水比为自变量,出油率作为响应值,采用Box-Behnken设计方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对出油率的影响。采用响应面分析软件,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定水酶复合法提取沙棘果油最佳工艺条件为提取温度63.1℃,料浆pH 3.3,料水比1︰1.1(g/mL)。在此条件下,出油率为89.4%,与理论预测值基本吻合,说明响应面法优化沙棘果油水酶复合提取工艺可行。 To optimize the enzymatic hydrolysis followed by aqueous extraction ot oil from sea bucktlaorn fruit, me extraction temperature, pH of fruit paste, the water to paste ratio were studied with the Box-Behnken design and their interactions on the oil yield efficiency were also investigated. The predictive polynomial quadratic equations model was developed by response surface methodology software. The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows: extraction temperature 63.1 ℃, pH of fruit paste 3.3 and water to paste ratio 1 : 1.1 (g/mL). Under the optimized operating conditions, the oil yield efficiency is 89.4%.
