摘要
测定了茶皂素对草甘膦、杀虫双、乐果、托尔克和Bt等5种农药分别在马唐、水稻、小白菜、柑桔、芥蓝叶片上的沉积量的影响。结果表明,加入茶皂素后,可显著提高杀虫双在水稻叶片和草甘膦在马唐叶片表面的沉积量,提高率分别为72.7%~90.9%和32.1%~98.2%。这是茶皂素对农药增效机制的一个重要方面。茶皂素对托尔克在柑桔叶片和Bt在芥蓝叶片上的沉积量虽略有提高,但影响不是很大,加入1000mg/L茶皂素的处理沉积量与单剂相比无明显差异,加入2000mg/L和4000mg/L的处理沉积量分别较单剂提高25.2%、28.8%和16.4%、16.4%。但茶皂素对乐果在小白菜叶片上的沉积量甚至还有一定的降低。
Influences of tea saponin on the deposition of 5 pesticide (glyphosate,dimephypo,dimethoate,torque and Bt)solutions on the leaves of 5 plants(crabgrass,rice,Chinese cabbage,citrus and Chinese kale)were determined.Results showed that the deposition of dimephypo on rice leaves and glyphosate on crabgrass leaves could be enhanced significantly after adding tea saponin into pesticide solutions,increased rate were 72 7%—90 9% and 32 1%—98 2% respectively.It was one of important aspect of synergistic mechanisms of tea saponin on pesticides.Tea saponin had some enhance on the deposition of torque on cirtrus leaves and Bt on Chinse kale leaves.However,the influence was insignificant.The deposition had no significant difference between treatments of that 1 000 mg/L tea saponin added and the untreated pesticide solutions ,while that of 2 000 mg/L and 4 000 mg/L tea saponin added increased by 25 2%,28 8% and 16 4%,16 4% respectively.But tea saponin even would reduce the deposition of dimethoate solution on leaves of chinese cabbage to some extent.
