摘要
为基础教育培养高质量师资,是高师院校生存和发展的立足点和生长点。优秀的教师需要具备优良的教师职业气质。目前,我国师范教育在职业气质培养方面存在许多不足,需要从职业技能和职业素质方面进行差异化培养。
Normal university bases on the supply of high-qualified teachers for elementary education.High-qualified teachers call for fine occupational temperament.However,normal education in China failed to achieve good performance in this respect,which makes it urgent to train qualified teachers in regard of occupational proficiency and occupational temperament distinctively.
