摘要
目的了解适应行为量表在中国精神发育迟滞儿童中的应用情况。方法对52＃JMR儿童采用AAMR—ABS和韦氏智力测验进行测试。选择同年龄正常儿童作为对照组。结果MR儿童的评定结果随年龄增长而增加，但均明显低于同年龄组的正常儿童。两组儿童间有明显差异（P＜0.05～0.001）。尤以个人一社会责任能力因子缺陷更明显著。社会调节和个人调节因子二组组间差异不显著。智商与适应行为间的相关系数r＝0.14～0.95。呈低至高度相关。结论AAMR—ABS具有较好的临床实证效度。可以作为MR诊断和分类的辅助工具，还可以评估MR儿童是否伴有行为问题。为制定训练和矫治计划提供参考依据。
Objective TO research the application of Adaptive Behavior Scales in Chinese mentally retarded children.Method Fifty-two mentally retarded childen were adminiatered with AAMR-Adaptive Behavior Scales and Wechsler Intelligence Test. Normal children of same age were selected as control group. Result Compared to normal control group,MR children were characterized by significant defects in the development of adaptive behavior (P <0. 05～0. 001),especially in factor of personal and social responsibility. But the difference of the factors of social and personal adjustment between two groups was not f signifcant. low to high correlation was found between the scores of the two instruments. (r＝0. 14～0. 95). Conclusion AAMR-ABS has strong effects in discriminating MR children. It could be applied as an assisting instrument in classification and diagnosis of MR children and could estimate whether MR children have behavior problems or not. It provides reference for program of training MR children.
