摘要
目的 :探讨腮腺混合瘤的声像图特征及其临床价值。方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声对2 2例经病理证实的腮腺混合瘤进行观察。结果 :实性不均匀 12例 ,实性 4例 ,囊实性 5例 ,囊性 1例。彩色多普勒显示 :8例表现为 0级血流信号 ,14例表现为 级～ 级血流信号。结论 :腮腺混合瘤有显著的声像图特点 ,彩色多普勒超声有助于提高诊断的正确性。
Objective:To discuss the imaging charcteristics and clinical valuce of pleomorphic adenoma in parotid gland (PAPG).Methods:22 cases of PAPG with pothologic confirmation were observed by colour Doppler ultrasound examination.Results:12 cases were with solid and uneven echo,4 cases were with solid echo,5 cases with cystic and solid echo,and 1 case with cystic echo.In the Doppler signs,8 cases showed degree 0 blood signals,14 cases were degree Ⅰ～Ⅱ.Conclusion:There was evident imaging characteristics in PAPG,and color Doppler ultrasonic examination can improve the accuracy of its diagnosis.
