Advances on contrast-induced acute kidney injury:pathogenesis and prevention

摘要 对比剂用于血管造影,能增加病变与正常脏器间的影像对比,更清晰地显示病变部位、范围及其严重程度,是常用的医学影像学诊断用药。水溶性碘对比剂从血管输注,以药物原型从肾脏排泄,高浓度对比剂对肾组织有一定的毒性。
