摘要
新时代背景下教师之间的合作显得尤为重要,于是作为教师专业发展的有效组织形式——"教师共同体"应然而生。该组织团体无论对于学校教育还是社会发展乃至对于教师专业自身的发展都具有相当重要的价值。诸多相关文章中对教师共同体类型做出了不同的分析阐述,但对于教师共同体的划分标准和依据并无明确界定。为了深刻认识教师共同体并澄清其相关分类依据,文章从不同纬度和视角对新时代背景下教师共同体的各种类型进行了合理分析和系统阐述。
The cooperation of teachers is particularly important in the background of the new era. As an effective and organizational form of teachers' professional development, teacher' s community spreads to open completely, however, the organization has a very important value both for the school education and social development as well as the professional self - development of teachers. There are different analysis of the type described in many articles on teacher community. But for teachers community defined, the standards and the basis for the division is not very clearly. In order to understand the teacher community deeply and clarify the related categories, the article demonstrates the reasonable analysis and systematically discuss for the types of teachers community on the basis of different latitudes and perspectives in the background of the new era.
