摘要
分布式领导是20世纪90年代提出的一种新的教育领导理论,倍受英、美、澳等国教育管理研究界的青睐。本文剖析了分布式领导的产生背景、组成要素、特征及类型,以期对我国学校的教育领导改革、学校权力的内部分布提供有益的启示。
Distributed leadership is a new perspective for educational leadership study in the last decade of the 20th century and has been given much attention by educational researchers in western countries. The article analyzes its background, components, features and types. It intends to provide some necessary implications to educational reform in China.
