摘要
本文对石油炼制过程中的铂重整车间进行职业卫生学调查，其车间空气毒物浓度远低于卫生标准，个体采样与空气监测浓度、班末尿粘康酸水平三者平行。观察组中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶活性、外周血微核率、微核细胞率、姐妹染色单体互换率高于对照组，且有统计学显著性差异。提示这些指标在铂重整车间工人职业卫生学评价中值得重视。而尿酚、过氧化脂质观察组低于对照组，其原因有待进一步研究。
