双电机激振自同步平动椭圆钻井筛动力学分析 被引量:2

摘要 自同步平动椭圆钻井筛具有筛堵现象轻微、处理量大、结构简单、维护保养方便等特点,它是继强迫同步平动椭圆筛和自同步直线振动筛之后的钻井振动筛的又一主流筛型。对双电机激振自同步钻井筛做了理论研究,给出了自同步条件,确定了平动椭圆筛力心,并用解析法证明了力心的唯一性。建立了自同步平动椭圆筛的力学模型,通过动力学分析,得出了筛箱轨迹方程,并用MATLAB软件对其轨迹进行了仿真分析。 Self-synchronous balanced elliptical drilling shale shaker have features of slight screen blinding,large processing capacity,simple structure,convenient maintenance,etc.It's a mainstream screen type after the forced synchronous balanced elliptical motion screen and the self-synchronous linear vibrating screen.This paper researched the theory on dual-motor excitation drilling shale shaker,and self-synchronization conditions were given,the force center of balanced elliptical sieve was identified,and the uniqueness of force center has been proved by analytic method.The mechanical model of self-synchronous balanced elliptical screen was established,and the trajectory equations of the screen box was obtained through dynamics analysis.And the simulation analysis of trajectory has been done under the help of MATLAB software.
