使用分层张紧的层叠式筛网,每层筛网承受的钻井液载荷取决其所受张力占总张力比例的大小。细网所受张力N_1占总张力(N_1+N_2)的比例较小,因此承受的钻井液载荷也较小,这有利于延长其使用寿命;粗网所受张力N_2占总张力(N_1+N_2)的比例较大,因此它承受绝大部分钻井液载荷。对钩边层叠式筛网的工况也进行了讨论。
By layer-built shale shaker screens, each layer is tensioned separately and the drill fluid load exerted on each layer accords with its tension in proportion to the total tension. The tension of the coarse layer accounts for the great portion of the total tension, so it carries the most of the drill fluid load. While the tension of the fine layer is only a small portion of the total tension, so it carries rather small load; which is a great help to increase its service life. Discussion is also made on the working conditions of hook-on layer-built screens.
