摘要
研究激振电机的特性 ,特别是两台质径积相等的激振电机在动压机上实现自同步运转的动态特性 ,将有助于实现其最佳性能并推广应用于更广泛的领域 .通过动力学分析建立了新型钻井液动压分离机力学模型 。
The study of the synchronously running dynamic performance of the synchronously vibrating machine drived by two motors which have the same product of mass and diameter is of importance to the realization of the best performance of it and the application of it in wider fields. Drilling fluid sold—liquid separator adopt the operation principle of the synchronously vibrating machine. The mechanical model of the drilling fluid sold—liquid separator is established through dynamic analysis. Its self-synchronization condition and synchronously stably running condition are derived according to Hamilton principle.
