摘要
通过应用多点应变电测技术,找出了钻井液直线振动筛筛箱侧板的高应力区位于激振横梁和筛箱侧板的连接部位,其最大应力σ 和激振力P的关系为σ=α_0+α_1P;激振横梁危险截面靠近横梁中部,其上最大弯曲正应力σ、激振转带n、激振力P之间的关系为:σ=b_0+b_1n+b_2P,所得结果对研究钻井液振动筛的动态特性及改进结构设计具有参考价值。
By referring to multiple--point strain electriclogging tech-nology, the authors find out that the high stress area on the si-de wall of the shale shakers is at the joint between the exci-ting beam and the side Wall; and they also find the relationbetween maximum main stress σ and exciting force P and therelation of the maximum bending stress σ near the middleof the beam, exciting rotational speed n and exciting forceP. The authors say these results are valuable to researchingthe dynamic character of shakers and to their structural de-sign improvement.
