摘要
校企合作是培养学生的社会职业能力为主要内容,以教学与生产实践相结合为主要途径和手段的人才培养模式,本文探讨了校企合作人才培养模式,加强院校的协调作用以及企业的参与作用,以及促进校企合作,加强高职院校教育改革等问题。
This paper discusses the school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training and strengthening coordinating role of institutions and enterprises to take part in it, and promoting school-enterprise cooperation strengthening vocational colleges education reform and other issues.
