骨科围手术期抗菌药物应用情况分析100例 被引量：1

摘要 目的进一步加强我院骨科围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的100例骨科手术患者的资料,将抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果100例骨科手术患者,均使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物的使用率为100.0%,共涉及五大类19种。合理15例,占15.0%,基本合理63例,占63.0%,不合理22例,占22.0%。结论骨科围手术期抗菌药物应用仍然存在很多不合理现象,必须加强管理,以延缓细菌耐药,减少不良反应的发生。
