摘要
本文介绍了数字式模拟试验台的设计过程和结构特点。这套试验装置能用来模拟土壤和地表的变化对阻力控制系统的影响,在室内再现拖拉机农具机组在田问的工作过程。试验台的模拟加载控制和性能测试由一台微机来完成,操作方便,测试精度高。由于加载信号可准确控制,对于不同的液压悬挂系统,可以在相同条件下测试和评价其动态品质,是悬挂系统性能指标评价和测试的理想实验装置。
The paper presents the design and structure of a digital analogue loading device which can be used to simulate the variance of soil and its surface condition effected on tractor draught control system, and to test the tractor-implement combination indoors rather than in the fields. The loading simulations are controlled by a micro-computer with easy operation and precise measurings. Because the input loading signals could be accurately controlled, so it will be convenient for testing different types of hydraulic lifting systems under the same conditions and for evaluations of their dynamic performance. The recommended device is a new and ideal test equipment for experiment and evaluation.
