摘要
本文介绍了自制的农具机组负载模拟器,它可在室内模拟农具机组在田间工作的受载情况,实现在室内仿真测试农具机组的动态特性。由于实验条件准确可控,因而可在相同条件下测试和评价系统的动态品质。利用该实验装置,不进行田间实验就可达到系统性能测试、设计方案论正和产品质量检验的目的。
A self made load simulator for tractor-implement combination is presented in this paper , which can be used to simulate soil resistance acted on the tractor-implement combination in field working conditions while testing indoors, and to realise simulative testing of dynamic performance in lab. Since the experimental conditions can be accurately controlled, so the dynamic performance of the system may be evaluated and tested with the exact conditions desired. By means of this device, many works can be done sithout working in field, such as performance testings, design layout justifying and product quality checking.
