丘陵山地拖拉机加载仿形试验台设计 被引量:2

Design of the profiling test-bed for tractor loading in hills

摘要 针对丘陵山地拖拉机电液悬挂控制系统试验条件复杂,过程繁琐以及重复性较差等问题,设计一种室内加载仿形试验台。该试验台由安装位置可调整的坡地仿形模块与辅助装置、模拟加载模块以及测控系统等功能模块组成,在电液伺服控制系统的作用下模拟丘陵山地拖拉机的作业坡度和耕作阻力,测试拖拉机电液悬挂控制系统性能。以TS-404H拖拉机为试验对象,坡地等高线为作业路线,运用该试验系统进行丘陵山地拖拉机电液悬挂系统的坡地自适应调整试验,对试验台系统的坡地仿形模块和模拟加载模块进行试验验证。结果表明:在预定坡度目标0°~15°范围内,该试验台仿形模块模拟坡度的最大误差为4.2%,平均误差为3.8%,调整时间1.2s,超调量为9%;当模拟土壤阻力为6.5kN时,加载模块的响应时间为1.2s、最大误差4%,平均误差2%,能够满足中小型丘陵山地拖拉机电液悬挂控制系统对试验设备的性能要求。 Aiming at the problems of complex test conditions,cumbersome process and poor repeatability of the electro-hydraulic hitch control system for hilly and mountainous tractors,an indoor loading profiling test bench is designed.The test bench consists of one slope profiling module with adjustable installation position,one assisting equipment,one simulation loading module,and one measurement and control system.It can simulate hills and mountains under the action of the electro-hydraulic servo control system.The operating slope and tillage resistance of the tractor are used to test the performance of the tractor’s hydraulic hitch control system.Taking the TS-404Htractor as the test object and the slope contour line as the operation route,the test system is used to carry out the slope adaptive adjustment test of the electro-hydraulic hitch system of the hilly and mountainous tractor.Test verifications of slope profiling module and simulation loading module are also carried out.The results show that:within the range of 0°-15°of the predetermined slope target,the maximum error of the simulated slope of the test-bed profiling module is 4.2%,the average error is 3.8%,the adjustment time is 1.2s,and the overshoot is 9%;When the simulated soil resistance is 6.5kN,the response time of the loading module is 1.2s,the maximum error is 4%,and the average error is 2%,which can meet the requirements of small and medium-sized hills.The profiling test-bed designed in this study can meet the performance requirements for test equipment for mountain tractor electro-hydraulic hitch control system.
