摘要
通过纤维素酶、半纤维素酶等产酶能力的比较,选育出绿色木霉TR-3和米曲霉M3024作为纤维素分解菌,再配合以产朊假丝酵母CU-2,白地霉GC-1和植物乳杆菌LP-3等菌,经分别培养后,按一定比例配成农作物秸秆发酵剂。不同秸秆发酵试验表明:室温条件下发酵96h,可使玉米秸、稻草等粗蛋白含量提高2.5倍以上,纤维素降低15%以上,并具有酒香味和弱酸性,适口性好,分次接菌明显优于一次性接菌。
A mutant strain TR 3 with high activity for cellulose and hemicellulose in product is obtained from T.ressi.The mutant strain A.oryzae M3024,C.utilis CU-2, G. candidum GC 1 and L. plantarm LP 3 are cultivated respectively, then fermentation doses in crops straws are coordinated by those strains with certain proportion. The results of kinds of crops strains fermented at room temperature for 96h show that the crude protein content of corn and rice strain powders etc.are about 3.5 times that of normal strains,and the cellulose have gone down more than 15%.The products have alcoholic sweet smell,faint acidity and suitable taste.
