摘要
经历了菲律宾远东大学的教师进修培训,感受到：培训活动中书写反思日记的教学方法,对学习活动具有积极的导向作用,有利于培养认真学习的态度;书写反思日记是诱导学员自主学习、以学员为主体的教学策略;学员通过表达、思考、感受、反思等体验,有利于知识的转化和巩固、知识的理解和内化,也有利于培养学员的评判性思维。
Through teachers refresher training in Philippine Far Eastern University,I felt that writing reflection paper during the training course had a positive guiding role in helping students develop serious learning attitudes,writing reflection paper could induce students self-study as the main teaching strategies,it was beneficial to the transformation,consolidation,understanding and internalization of knowledge by expressing,thinking,feeling,reflection and other experience,and it also contributed to cuhivating students＇ critical thinking abilities.
