摘要
采用醇洗法、酸洗法和碱提法三种方法对棉饼(仁)中蛋白的生产工艺进行了研究,结果表明:采用碱提法得到的蛋白纯度最高,且蛋白中游离棉酚的含量小于0.06%,但蛋白回收率不大,且对原料进行预处理(提酚)后,得到的最终样品中蛋白质纯度明显高于未处理的原料,进一步完善和改进了棉饼(仁)中蛋白的生产工艺。
The protein production in the cotton cake (kernel) is studied with mellow method, acid method and alkali method, The results indicate:the protein product by the alkali method had higher purity, and the free gossypol content less than 0.06%, but had lower callback, and through pretreatment (degossypoling) for material, the ultimate sample pretreatment material had higher protein purity with raw material, and this paper perfect and ameliorate the protein production in the cotton cake (kernel).
