摘要
我国热灌装和无菌冷灌装饮料共存于市场。传统热灌装工艺成熟,产品风险性小,操作比较简单,对员工的技能要求不高,但其在饮料保鲜方面的缺点无法彻底解决。PET瓶无菌冷灌装技术工艺要求复杂,产品也具有一定的风险性,但其产品在饮料营养与保鲜等6个方面,具有热灌装无法比拟的优势。无菌冷灌装除用于灌装果汁外,还可用于灌装茶饮料、运动饮料、功能饮料等,代表了灌装设备的发展方向,是目前世界范围内饮料灌装的最先进技术。对PET瓶无菌冷灌装的技术要求和设备要求进行详细阐述,以便为企业提供技术服务。
Hot filling and germ-free cold filling beverages coexist in China. The traditional method of hot filling technique is ripe and of little risk and it is easy to handle. However, there are also shortcomings in keeping fresh the produced beverage. The method of germ- free and cold filling for PET bottles is much more complicated and risky and it has advantages in keeping fresh the beverages. The germ-free and cold filling method can be adopted in filling juice as well as in filling tea beverages, sports beverages and functional bev- erages and it represents the trend of filling equipment. This article expounds the technical and equipment requirements so as to provide technical support for relevant enterprises.
