摘要
1961年，利乐公司（全球最大的液态食品加工及包装生产企业）首先将纸盒（Tetra Pak）无菌包装技术应用于商业化生产。直至今日，无菌灌装技术的发展日臻完善，并且已经成为化学、物理学、微生物学、自动控制等多项高新技术综合集成的高端技术。
Aseptically filling in Liquid food is the most prospective for development the packing area of technology. The new aseptic packing product, new aseptically filling installing equipment, as well as new packing material which made application scope of aseptically filling expanding unceasingly are all emerging one after another incessantly. And multitudinous domestic and foreign merchants are all developing for research this domain development. And the status and prospect of domestic food aseptically filling technology were analyzed in this article.
