摘要
目的建立复方丹参片中三七有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定本品中三七中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1的含量。结果人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1线性范围分别依次为0.850～8.524、0.922～9.013、0.377～3.317μg;平均回收率分别为101.1%、101.2%、103.2%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.6%、1.8%。结论本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,可用于丹心舒胶囊中三七的有效成分的含量测定。
Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Compound Danshen Tablets. Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl and notoginsenoside R1 in Compound Danshen Tablets. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl, and notoginsenoside R1 were 0.850-8.524, 0.922-9.013, 0.377-3.317μg. With average recoveries of 101.1%（RSD=1.5%）, 101.2% （RSD =1.6%）, 103.2% （RSD=1.8%）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Compound Danshen Tablets.
