摘要
目的了解青海高校不同民族学生体育锻炼的参与性,以促进青海高校的体育发展。方法采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对青海高校383名不同民族学生的体育态度进行比较。结果不同民族学生在对体育锻炼价值、习惯、评价、参与锻炼的目的、锻炼中的情感体验等方面差异均有统计学意义,这种差异与不同的宗教信仰、民族心理特点、地域特点及生活方式有密切联系。结论青海高校不同民族学生体育锻炼态度有明显的民族差异。
Objective To learn participation status of different national college students in physical exercise, in order to promote colleges development in sport in Qinghai. Methods By using questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, 383 different national college students in Qinghai were surveyed and compared about attitude toward sport. Results There were significant differences in understanding about value, habit, evaluation, objective and emotional experience of physical exercise among students from different nationalities, which were closely correlated with difference faith, national psychological features, region characters and way of life. Conclusion There are significant differences in attitude toward sport among different national college students in Qinghai.
