摘要
目的比较孤独症儿童父母的个性特征与正常儿童父母间的差异,预防由于父母个性问题而导致的孤独症患儿养育环境不良的发生。方法采用龚耀先修订的艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)成人版,对67例孤独症儿童和67例正常儿童的父母进行个性特征比较,内容包括内-外向、情绪稳定性、精神质、掩饰性4个维度。结果孤独症组儿童父亲的内-外向均分明显低于对照组,情绪稳定性、精神质均分明显高于对照组,掩饰性均分低于对照组,表现为内向、不稳定、精神质的个性特点;孤独症组儿童母亲的情绪稳定性、精神质均分明显高于对照组,掩饰性均分低于对照组,表现为情绪不稳定、精神质的个性特点。结论孤独症儿童父母的个性特征与正常儿童父母明显不同,均表现出了情绪不稳定、精神质的个性特征。提示社会工作者及专业人员应该更多的关注孤独症儿童父母的心理健康问题,并提供有效的帮助,保证孤独症儿童的康复及其家庭有序的生活。
Objective To compare the difference of personality characteristics between autistic children ~ parents and the normal children parents, and pay attention to the mental health of autistic children's parents, then prevent the dangerous factors of fostering environment owning to the problem of autistic children's parents personality characteristics. Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire ( EPQ ) was applied to 67 autistic children's parents and 67 normal children's parents, including Extroversion-Introversion (E) ,Neuroticism( N), Psychoticism { P) and Lie{ L). Resuits The scores of E autistic children~ fathers were significantly lower than the normal controls, the scores of N and P were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the scores of L were lower than control group, manifesting introvert , instability and psychoticism of the autistic children fathers. The scores of N and P of autistic children's mothers were significant higher than the normal controls, and the scores of L dimension were lower than control group, expressing emotional instability and psychoticism. Conclusion Significant differences are found between the personality characters of autistic children's parents and the normal children~ parents, both of the autistic children's mother and father manifest emotional instability and psychoticism. It suggests that social workers and professional staffs should pay close attention to the autistic children's parents, and supply valid help for them to ensure autistic children's rehabilitation and sound family life.
