摘要
目的为了了解孤独症患儿家长的个性及心理状况,从而更好的对孤独症儿童进行康复治疗。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对60例孤独症患儿家长的个性及心理状况进行调查,与正常儿童家长进行比较。结果孤独症患儿家长EPQ中,N、L、E得分高于正常对照组,P得分低于正常对照组;孤独症患儿家长SCL-90评定结果各项因子得分均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论孤独症患儿家长具有内向、神经质个性倾向,在心理上都存在明显的焦虑、抑郁、敌对等方面的症状,给家长适当的心理支持治疗,能帮助孤独症儿童更好的进行康复训练。
Objective To analyse the metal health status of Autistic Children＇ s parents, and to provide the better training for Autistic Children. Methods 60 cases of Autistic Children＇ s parents investigated by filling out Esenker Personality questionnaire（EPQ） and SCL-90 form, the result were compared with that of normal children＇s parents. Results P scoring in Autistic Children＇s parents was lower than that of normal parents（ P 〈 0.05）, but N, L, E scoring were higher than that of normal parents（ P 〈 0.05） ; All the factors in SCL - 90 scoring in parents of Autistic children were higher than that of normal parents（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The parents of Autistic children have a tendency of introversion and neuroticism. They also have obvious obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, somatization. Give them some mental treatments, the Autistic children will receive better training.
