摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,采用过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠引发体系,在水相介质中进行共聚,合成了二元聚合物P(AM-DMDAAC),并将该共聚物作为固色剂应用于棉织物的活性染料染色中。讨论了各种因素对共聚物P(AM-DMDAAC)性能的影响,优化的P(AM-DMDAAC)合成工艺条件为:单体质量分数ω=40%,单体质量配比m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)=1∶5,反应温度60℃,反应时间6 h,引发剂质量分数w=1%,引发剂和丙烯酰胺加料方式为连续滴加。将共聚物用作棉织物活性染色的固色剂。在活性染料染色中,该固色剂对棉织物具有较好的固色性能,经其处理的棉织物的染色牢度效果较好,湿摩擦牢度可达3级,干摩擦牢度可达4级,防沾色牢度可达4级。 Using acrylamide (AM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) as reactants, (NH4) 2S2O8/NaHSO3 as initiation system, binary polymer P(AM-DMDAAC) was prepared in water phase, and it was applied to cotton reactive dyeing as a fixing agent. Factors influencing on the properties of the copolymer P(AM-DMDAAC) were studied. The optimum synthesis conditions were defined as follows: the monomer 40% with the ratio of AM to DMDAAC 1 : 5,reaction at 60% for 6 hours, initiator 1%, continuous dropwise addition of the initiator and acrylamide. The structure of copolymer was characterized by infrared spectra and its molecular weight was determined by gel permeation chromatography. The results showed that the reactive dyeings after P (AM-DMDAAC) treatment had fairly good color fastness with 3-level to wet rubbing, 4-level to dry rub- bing and 4-level to soaping.
