摘要
采用自制的超细有机颜料红122分散体对全棉筒子纱染色,研究筒子纱改性工艺和染色工艺条件对超细涂料筒子纱染色效果的影响。试验结果表明,较佳的改性条件是:阳离子改性剂用量1%,改性温度60℃,改性时间30min;较佳的染色工艺为:黏合剂用量5%,渗透剂JFC0.6%,染浴pH值7,染色温度60℃,染色时间20min。以该工艺染得的筒子纱具有较理想的染色效果。
Cotton cheese yarn was dyed with self-made ultrafine pigment red 122 dispersion, impacts of modification and dyeing conditions on dyeing results were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal modification process was:modification reagent 1 % at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes,the optimal dyeing process was: bonding agent 5 %, JFC O. 6%, pH value 7, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 20 minutes. Under these conditions, the dyeings featured perfect color performance.
