摘要
:苯甲酸乙酯与水合肼反应制得苯甲酰肼 ( 1) ,1再分别与芳酰氯反应制得N ,N′ 二酰基肼 ( 3a~ 3i) ,3a~3i在POCl3作用下脱水环化生成 2 苯基 5 芳基 1,3 ,4 二唑 ( 4a~ 4i)。其结构经元素分析 ,IR ,1HNMR和MS表征 ,并对其裂解途径进行了探讨。
Benzoyl hydrazine(1) was synthesized by reaction of ethyl benzoate with hydrazine hydrate. [ST5HZ]1 reacted with aroyl chloride in the presence of Na 2CO 3 as acid acceptor at room temperature for 8h to give N,N′-[WT5BZ]diacylhydrazines(3a~3i). [WT5HZ]3a~3i cyclized with POCl 3 to afford nine novel 2-phenyl-5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles(4a~4i). Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS, and fragmentation mechanism of MS spectra was discussed as well.
