摘要
介绍了叔胺类水性聚氨酯固色剂的合成及应用,分析了合成反应温度、时间以及聚醚分子量、扩链剂用量等对合成产物乳液性能的影响,同时将该固色剂应用于苎麻染色织物的固色,测试了色牢度。实验表明,聚醚多元醇采用聚乙二醇(PEG1000)和聚丙二醇(PPG1000),物质的量比为1∶1,MDEA用量为预聚体总质量的2.76%,TEA用量为预聚体总质量的6.9%时,所得产物的固色效果最佳。
This article introduced the synthesis and application of trialkylamine water-borne polyurethane fixing agent.It analysed the impact on synthetic product's effect of emulsion performance which caused by temperature,time of synthesis reaction and polyether's molecular weight,the amount of chain extender and so on.At the same time,the fixing agent was used in dyeing pure ramie solid color fabric,and the color fastness was tested.Experiments showed that when using polyethylene glycol(PEG1000) and polyethylene glycol(PPG1000),molar ratio of 1∶ 1,dosage of MDEA was 2.76%,dosage of TEA was 6.9%,the fixing effects of obtained product was best.
