摘要
从创新型人才的素质特点、高校实验室的基本功能以及实验室文化的创新氛围为切入点,通过论述高校实验室与创新人才培养的关系、高校实验室建设与开放和实验室在培养创新人才中的保障作用,以帮助阐明高水平实验室是培养创新人才的重要阵地,是科技创新的主要场所,实验室的数量与水平是一所高校科技创新能力的基本标志之一的观点。
Scientific and technological innovation are born from laboratory. Laboratory is the carrier of cultivating innovative talents. In this paper, the quality of innovative talents, institutions of higher learning the basic functions of the laboratory and laboratory eulture of innovation in the atmosphere as the breakthrough point. This article discusses the relationship between the university laboratory and training the innovative talents, university laboratory building and opening up and the function of the laboratory in eultivating talents. This all help to explain the high level laboratory is the important position to cultivate talents, develop technological innovation , and the point that the level and the quantity of the laboratory is the creative ability mark of the colledge.
