摘要
目的观察选择性近红外激光热疗对人肝癌HepG2细胞体外和体内裸鼠成瘤模型的治疗效果。方法采用不同功率(1、2、3、4 W)的近红外激光照射人肝癌HepG2细胞和肝癌裸鼠成瘤模型,观察HepG2细胞形态变化、肿瘤模型组织病理改变、瘤体体积变化等,评估该治疗方法的效果。结果人肝癌HepG2细胞及裸鼠成瘤模型经近红外激光热疗作用后,细胞明显变形、坏死,细胞增殖受到显著抑制,1、2、3、4 W照射组的HepG2细胞抑制率分别为54.15%、64.13%、68.70%和80.72%。裸鼠种植的肿瘤出现明显坏死,其肿瘤体积显著减小,1、2、3、4 W照射组的肿瘤体积抑制率分别为66.34%、81.54%、94.29%和98.26%。结论近红外热疗能抑制肝癌HepG2细胞增殖,使肝癌肿瘤模型体积缩小,是治疗肝癌的一种有效方法。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of near-infrared laser on human Hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cells in vitro and in vivo.Methods By in vitro and in vivo experiments,the morphologic changes of cells and the pathological changes of tumour models were observed to estimate the effect of the treatment.Results After near-infrared laser thermotherapy,the cells were deformed,necrosed,and cell proliferation was significantly inhibited,HepG2 cell inhibition rates of groups 1,2,3,4 W were 54.15%,64.13%,68.70%,80.72%,respectively,tumor volumn inhibition rates 81.54%,66.34%,94.29%,98.26%,respectively.Conclusion Near-infrared laser,inhibiting the proliferation of human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cells to reduce quality and volume of liver tumors,is an effective method of liver cancer treatment.
