摘要
磁性纳米生物材料因其独特的性能而具有广泛的应用价值,尤其在肿瘤治疗,细胞及生物分子的分离纯化,临床诊断和组织工程领域,给人类疾病的治疗带来了新的契机和希望。本文介绍和评估了国内外纳米磁粒在医学应用上的进展,并展望了其未来。
Magnetic nanometer biomaterials have a wide value because of its unique features,particularly in the fields of Tumor Therapy, Magnetic Separation of Cells and Biomolecules, Clinical Diagnoses and Tissue Engineering. So nlagnetic Manometer biomaterials bring US new chances and the bright future for treatment of human diseases. This paper reviews and evaluates the applied development at home and abroad of magnetic nanometer biomaterials in medicine, and show the foreground for its future.
