摘要
目的用ICP-AES法测定威灵仙中的微量元素含量,为深入研究彝药威灵仙提供实验依据。方法将威灵仙样品粉碎,用硝酸、高氯酸、过氧化氢消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定样品中的微量元素含量。结果威灵仙中铁、锰、锶、锌、铜5种微量元素含量相对较高,质量分数分别为(μg/g):Fe-1 262,Mn-64.4,Sr-25.9,Zn-25.6,Cu-14.1,含有少量硅,不含对人体有害的汞、铅、镉等元素。常量元素镁、铝、钙、硫、磷含量比较高。结论该结果可为彝药研究提供实验依据。
Objective In order to provide the experimental basis for further study of Yi medicine Clematis chinensis, the content of trace elements in Clematis chinensis was determined by means of ICP - AES. Methods After being pulverized, the samples were nitrate dissolved in nitric acid, perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Results Then the content of trace elements in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. The results showed that, the content of trace elements iron, manganese, zinc, copper, strontium is relatively high in the samples ( Fe - 1 262, Mn - 64.4, Sr -25.9, Zn -25.6, Cu - 14. 1 μg/g), while the content of silicon was very few. The harmful trace elements mercury, lead, cadmium and other elements were not detected. Conclusions The contentof major elements magnesium, aluminum, calcium, sulfur, phosphorus were relatively high.
