ICP-MS法测定石菖蒲中的微量元素含量

摘要 用ICP-MS测定石菖蒲中的微量元素含量,为深入研究石菖蒲药理作用提供实验依据。将石菖蒲样品粉碎,用硝酸和高氯酸的混酸及过氧化氢硝解,用电感耦合等离子体发射质谱仪测定样品中的微量元素含量。结果显示,石菖蒲样品中含有丰富的铁、锰、铜、锌等微量元素,含量分别为(mg/Kg):Fe-676,Mn-1275,Cu-13.3,Zn-36.7。含砷为1.1 mg/Kg,铬、镍、铅含量小于0.5 mg/Kg,镉、汞含量小于0.05 mg/Kg。常量元素钙、磷、镁含量比较高,含量分别为(mg/Kg):Ca-6101,P-3706,Mg-130。 With ICP-Ms,the contents of some trace elements in Acorus tatarinowii Schot have been determined in order to investigate the pharmacological action of Acorus tatarinowii Schot further.After the sample of Acorus tatarinowii Schot had been grinded,and then decomposed with acid mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid as well as hydrogen peroxide,some trace elements of the sample were analyzed with ICP-MS.The results demonstrated that there were abundant trace elements like Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,in Acorus tatarinowii Schot,and their contents were676,1275,13.3and36.7mg/kg,respectively.The contents of As was1.1mg/kg;Cr,Ni and Pb were all less than0.5mg/kg;Cd and Hg are both less than0.05mg/kg.As for macroelements,Ca,P and Mg contents were great,and their concentrations were6101,3706,and130mg/kg,respectively.
