摘要
目的 :建立桃红四物汤中多糖的测定方法 ,进行不同提取方法时 ,药物中多糖的含量比较。方法 :采用苯酚 -硫酸比色法 ,于 4 90nm处测定该药中的多糖含量。结果 :4 0℃恒温 0 .5h ,硫酸占总体积 75 %的结果较满意。结论 :本法可作为桃红四物汤中多糖质量控制的方法。
Objective:To study the methods for the determination of Polysaccharide in Decoction Containing Four Drugs with Persicae and Carthami and compare the content of Polysaccharide among the different methods.Methods:The determination of polysaccharide was taken at warelength of 490nm by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results:The resrlt was optimal when temperature was 40℃,ethanol percentage is 75% to the total wlume.Conclution:This method is valuably used to control the quality of polysaccharide content Containing four drugs of Persicae and Carthami
