摘要
目的:探讨加强小切口重睑术的手术方法及临床疗效。方法:选择30例门诊患者,于角膜内外缘垂线与重睑线的交点作二点小切口,切口长度为3mm,用注射器针面从切口内划割重睑线内侧真皮,去除切口处的轮匝肌,二切口内分别埋线缝合成形重睑。结果:30例患者手术前后比较,术后患者重睑线自然流畅,满意率高。结论:加强小切口埋线重睑术能明显增强重睑线的术后效果,增强患者满意率。
Objective To explore a new technique of enhance small incision double eyelid. Methods 30 cases were performed small incision double eyelid, incision two point on double line with vertical line of internal loin and external line of cornea to draw a line of the dermis under the double eyelid line with point a needle .through the two incision, take out the obituaries muscle hypertrophy and redundant orbit fat, in each incision do three sutures to finish the operation. Results the effect of double eyelid before and after drawing with point a needle of the 30 cases, the drawing＇s looks natural ,non-mark,effect ideal than before. Conclusion the technique can enhance the double eyelid line strongly, increase the satisfaction.
