摘要
目的:探讨三点式微创术小切口在重睑及上睑松弛下垂矫治中的应用方法和临床效果。方法:在重睑线的内、中、外分别做3mm的小切口,切除各切口下方睑板前眼轮匝肌,上睑臃肿者自小切口处切除部分脂肪,对位间断缝合;对上睑松弛下垂的中老年人,需切除重睑线上方多余皮肤,皮下无须分离。然后在内、中、外三点间断切除切口下方睑板前部分眼轮匝肌,直接对位间断缝合三点皮肤切口。结果:本组30例重睑和上睑松弛患者,切口均I期愈合,均于2周内渐消肿,经3～12个月随访,重睑外形自然,无明显不良反应及并发症,效果满意。结论:三点式微创小切口重睑及上睑皮肤松弛成形术,具有操作简单,术后肿胀轻,瘢痕不明显,既能获得流畅和自然重睑外形,又能获得稳定持久效果。
Objective Explore three-point minimally invasive surgery for double eyelid and upper eyelid sagging application and clinical effects. Methods Adopt 3mm small incision in the double eyelid line inside, middle and outside respectively. Remove the orbicularis muscle below the incision. For the upper eyelid bloated, remove part of fat and then suture. For the upper eyelid sagging elderly, remove excess skin of the double eyelid line and then resect orbicularis muscle on eye inside, middle and outside the three-point discontinuous parts. Results 30 patients＂ incisions were healing in the first stage, gradually swelling in 2 weeks. Within 3 to12 months visiting,the shapes of double eyelids were nature and no complications. Conclusion Three-point minimally invasive surgery for double eyelid and upper eyelid sagging has no obvious scar, gains natural double eyelid shapes and accesses to stable and lasting effects.
