摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定猴耳环消炎片中没食子酸的含量。方法:用丙酮提取猴耳环消炎片中没食子酸,蒸干丙酮,残渣用无水乙醇溶解,检测波长为273nm,没食子酸为对照品。结果:没食子酸的检测线性范围为4~14μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.86%。结论:该法准确、快速、简便,可作为猴耳环消炎片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an UV spectrophotometry to determine the contents of gallic acid in Pithecellobium clypearia antiphlogistic tablet. Method: Gallic acid in Pithecellobium clypearia antiphlogistic tablet was extracted with acetone. The acetone was evaporated to dryness and the residue was dissolved in absolute ethanol. The detection wavelength was 273nm. Gallic acid was used as contrast. Results: The calibration curve was linear ( r =0.9999) within the range of 4~14 μg/mL of gallic acid. The average recovery was 99.86%. Conclusion: This method is accurate,rapid and simple,and can be applied to the quality control of Pithecellobium clypearia antiphlogistic tablet.
