颈部风寒湿刺激对实验家兔氧自由基代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨颈部风寒湿刺激对机体氧自由基的影响。方法:30 只新西兰白兔,随机分为正常对照组、风寒湿组、低头位组、复合模型组和中药治疗组等5 组,每组6 只,通过给予风寒湿、低头位刺激,观察受累局部组织和血液中SOD、LPO的变化,同时探讨芪麝颈康方对上述指标的影响。结果:风寒湿与低头位等颈椎病常见的致病因素可使颈部出现无菌性炎症并使受累局部组织和血液中SOD、LPO出现异常,芪麝颈康方对此有一定作用。结论:氧自由基代谢异常可能是风寒湿致颈椎病的重要机理之一。 Aim:To probe into wind cold dampness effect of the cervical part on oxygen free radical metabolism in experimental rabbits. Methods: Thirty white New Zealand rabbits were randomly separated into five groups (six in a group), which were treated respectively with fix without head bending, wind cold dampness on the cervical part, fix with forty-five degree head bending, group two and group three methods, QiSheJingKangFang control. The local morphology, SOD and LPO in the local tissue and in the blood were employed to observe the effects caused by the above-mentioned stimuli. Results: The local aseptic inflammation, increase of LPO and decrease of SOD in the influenced part and blood were evident. At the same time, QiSheJingKangFang showed a certain effect on the changes. Conclusion: The changes of oxygen free radical metabolism may shed some light on the mechanism of wind cold dampness action on cervical spondylosis.
