摘要
目的:建立五倍子、没食子中没食子酸的含量测定方法.方法:用HPLC法.结果:线性范围为0.1～1μg;回归方程:Y=1447071X+6101.3,r=0.9999.加样回收率分别为:五倍子:100.3%,RSD=1.9%,n=6;没食子:98.9%,RSD=1.1%,n=6.结论:该法简便,重复性好,可作为控制其质量的指标.
Objective:To establish an assay of Gallic Acid in Gallic Chinensis and Galla Halepensis by HPLC.Method:Diamonsil TMC_ 18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water(3∶97)and detected at 270nm.Result:The extraction recovery was:Galla Chinensis:100.1%,RSD=1.2%,n=6.Galla Halepensis:98.9%,RSD=1.0% N=6.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and well reproducible.
