摘要
研究超声波辅助提取杜仲叶中绿原酸的工艺。在单因素和正交优化设计实验的基础上,确定了最佳提取工艺条件,提取溶剂乙醇体积分数为45%,料液比为1∶8,超声波屏极电流为0.60A,提取时间为30min,绿原酸提取率可达2.81%。该工艺具有溶剂用量较少,提取周期较短,提取率较高等特点。
In this paper, ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of chlorogenic was studied. Based on the single factor and orthogonal test the optimum technology conditions were founded as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 45%, ratio of solid to solution was 1 : 8, operating time of ultrasonic was 30 rain. Chlorogenic acid yield of ultrasonic assisted extraction was 2.81%. This technology was good with some merits such as a small quantity of menstruum, short cycle, high extraction yield.
