摘要
对杜仲叶中的绿原酸采用超声波辅助技术进行提取研究。根据6种因素对提取结果的影响趋势,采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明最佳提取条件:溶剂pH 4.5、超声浸提时间25 min、超声浸提温度40℃、溶剂中乙醇浓度70%,测得提取物的得率为4.06%。
In this work,ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaves was studied.The effects on extraction of the six factors were explored,and orthogonal test was made and optimized extraction process was obtained.The results showed that,the best condition was solvent pH 4.5,ultrasonic extraction time 25 min,extraction temperature 40℃,and ethanol concentration in the solvent 70%.On this condition the yield could be 4.06%.
