摘要
１９９１年１月～１９９７年２月，共收治输尿管结石梗阻导致急性肾功能衰竭１１例。采用急诊输尿管镜取石或者输尿管镜直视下将结石推回肾盂再择期体外冲击波碎石等方法，１１例均临床痊愈，疗效满意。
From Jan.1991 to Feb.1997,11 cases of ureterolith with complicating acute renal failure were treated by emergency ureteroscopic lithotripsy or by pushing the stone back into renal pelvis and underwent ESWL later.All cases were cured.Ureteroscopic manipulation is believed to be a safe and effective method for the treatment of ureterolith with complicating acute renal failure.
