摘要
目的探讨输尿管硬镜技术的临床应用。方法回顾性分析164例患者经输尿管镜治疗的临床资料。结果应用输尿管镜治疗结石、异物、输尿管狭窄等疾病,插管成功154例,成功率93.9%。9例检查失败改行开放手术,6例结石上移改行体外冲击波碎石。发生输尿管黏膜撕脱6例,黏膜下假道4例,输尿管穿孔3例,均置double-J管1个月后痊愈。结论输尿管硬镜技术对尿路疾病的诊断和治疗具有广阔的应用前景。
[Objective] To explore the clinical application of rigid ureteroscopy. [Methods] The clinical use of rigid ureteroscopy of 164 cases was retrospectively analysed. [Results] To use ureteroscopy for the treatment of ureteral calculi, ureteral stricture and forein body, the success of putting ureteroscopy into ureter was 154 cases, and the successful rate was 93.9%. The opening operation was used for 9 cases of the failure, ESWL was used for 6 cases of stone backing to pelvis. Ureteroscopy caused severe injury of ureteral mucosal (10 cases), perforation(3 cases).All cases were placed double-J tube in ureter. Followed one month, all cases were cured. [Conclusions] The prospect of ureteroscopy is great to diagnase and treat the urinary disease.
