摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院2008-01~2009-06应用输尿管镜直视下钬激光治疗上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭23例患者的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,术中无一例出现输尿管穿孔、断裂、黏膜撕脱,无中转开放手术,术后随访1~3月,患者血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)均恢复正常或接近正常,尿量恢复,结石排净率91.3%(21/23)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光治疗上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭具有安全、疗效可靠、损伤小、能同时处理双侧输尿管病变的优点,是梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭的有效治疗方法。
